Thornflower entered the area of the Moonpool at the alotted time. She lay down beside it and closed her eyes, falling asleep quickly. She waited for the cats of StarClan to come to her and answer her questions. She needed to prevent Fadedstar from going to war.

(Okay...I'll make up a StarClan cat.)
A slender gray she-cat, Bluepelt, stepped out in front of Thornflower. She didn't say anything, and took off in another direction, motioning with her tail for Thornflower to follow. She ran to Fourtrees and stared out at the trees from the top of a hill. Cats from NightClan and SnowClan were flinging around and raking their claws against other's pelts. Bluepelt ignored the fighting cats and ran into the center of the fight. Right under the trees, Whitestar layed motionless on the ground, with Darkear's paw on top of her. The tom looked proud because he killed the leader. Bluepelt shook her head and turned back to Thornflower. "You must prevent this." she whispered. "Night and Snow musn't fight for no reason. Talk some sense into Fadedstar, or else Whitestar will be with me."

Thornflower followed after Bluepelt and did just as she did. She looked to where Darkear stood, a look of horror on her face. "I can't let this happen. Never." She said looking at her aws on the ground. "But Bluepelt. I need to know why Whitestar is acting so strangely. I need to know whats going on here. If I have better proof of it then I may be able to stop Fadedstar." She looked back to Bluepelt with a pleading look in her eyes.

Bluepelt nodded once. "Whitestar...has a problem with Fadedstar. You see, Firethorn had missing kits. Firethorn told Whitestar that Fadedstar and SnowClan stole the kits. Whitestar didn't believe her at first, but she soon agreed with Firethorn. Maybe you should tell this to Fadedstar and get him to talk to Whitestar." Bluepelt noded again. "Goodbye, Thornflower." Bluepelt disappeared.

Thornflower's pelt bristled at the fact that Whitestar with think that Fadedstar of all cats would steal kits. She calmed herself down and looked to Bluepelt. "Thank you Bluepelt." She said as she watched the cat disappear. She awoke and stood, heading back towards the SnowClan camp.
